Any tips and tricks.

My stripped door is on as is the black metal trim.
Should i install the upper seal first....or the lower.

I have new Porsche uppers and Rogs lower.

Window scraper seals?

Top first as it extends down into the door cavity. Then lower scraper. With Roger’s not-quite-copies lower seal you want it long enough to extend well into the door cavity to the point where the touch the upper seal. Don’t succumb to premature trimming.

As for the upper seal, it’s a bitch. Lot’s of lube, heat, etc. I’ve done it a couple of times and it just sucks trying to get the little lip properly wrapped around/into the trim channel.
