Fuel pressure regulator: who has seen this one?#75009

This fuel pressure was found on my euro. I believe it’s a higher output regulator pushing around 46 psi. There are no markings on it either.

Who has seen this version?

I've removed several of them and put the stock ones back in due to running issues. Typically running too rich because who ever installed them didn't set them correctly. Solution for a problem that doesn't exist.

All the spark plugs were pitch black when I pulled them
