It's been a long time, but IIRC the dealer (Hennessy) said it was some gasket/grommet between the tank and the filler pipe
Was going to fix under warranty but since I never used it they just drained it to ~half and never a problem again

A common failure mode is that the washer hose section that flexes whenever you open and close the frunk lid gets abraded by the plastic frunk area splash guards.

Open your frunk and look in front of the left (driver/port)-side lid hinge.

If it's anything like the Cayman's it's a poor design that seems to fail pretty quickly.
