Only TWO MONTHS until the most wonderful time of the year!

SHARKS IN THE MOUNTAINS 2026!!!

As ALWAYS, Sharks in the Mountains is the FIRST Saturday in June. This year is June 6th!

If you haven't already registered, PLEASE register asap: https://www.928gt.com/t-sitm.aspx (it’s free). Shirts are going to be a bit different this year.... Think Dickies button down. Keeping that in mind, please let me know what size(s) you would like. We are not planning to order extras so it is imperative that you register and reply to the confirmation email. We are expecting them to be around $35 but I will confirm this and all other details with you EARLY in May.

*** PLEASE NOTE: You should receive your confirmation letter by May the 1st and I will need a reply back from you NO LATER than May the 9th. Please help me, and everyone involved, by responding asap!

Don’t forget, Hotel* reservations and Sharks in the Mountains registration are TWO SEPARATE THINGS! Please do both!
*Note about the hotel. It is the SAME hotel it has always been... However Ridgeline Properties bought the property from BWH Hotels. It is now The Lodge at Banner Elk.

I CANNOT wait to see everyone as we kick off the 928 season together once again!

28th Annual 928 Specialists Customer Appreciation Event

Date: June 5th thru June 7th, 2026

A very Special Event for 928 Owners and their families. Lots of 928's and fun for the WHOLE family.

928 "Shark Discounts" at the Stores and Shops of Banner Elk, NC! 928 Mountain Drives! Tech Help and more!

Sharks in the Mountains is our annual 928 Customer Appreciation Event for the Customers and Friends of Jeannie (and the late David) Roberts of 928 Specialists. Admission to Sharks in the Mountains is free to our 928 Friends and supporters, but we ask that you register using the Registration Form to aid us in our preparations.

This is a Private Event as a "Thank you" to all our 928 Friends for their friendship and support. It is not open to the public and/or any other vendor participation or promotion. We ask that any vendors that would like to attend as a guest/enthusiast to please contact us prior to the event to discuss the possibility of attending our Private Event. Unauthorized Attendance and/or Promotion of any products and services other than those offered by 928 Specialists is prohibited.
