so you have perfectly intact genuine speaker grills and you need to remove them
after X number of years they are just not coming off without damage to them or the door panel
so if you remove the door panel, you will see the mounting screws sticking through
use a pair of pliers on their threads to unscrew them, a few turns on each one at a time, as these screws are still behind the grills
unscrew them as far as you can and the speaker / grill will gently pull out, it might need a gentle coaxing to get it off the vinyl.
once fully removed, hold the speaker and unscrew the grill
hopefully will help someone , someday
