Since it seems Cayman (987) mats are not made/listed by all companies, is the drivers and passengers footwell any different between a 987 and a 997?

The Porsche carpet mats are the same, which give me hope.
Want better coverage than standard carpet mats, but need to buy from somewhere returnable.

Cocomats is what Ive used for years. I have really fancy wool mats from them now. They have all the patterns...used them for my 356's when I had them.
