Proposal is 600 acres, track plus condos, etc; sounds like it will be similar to Thermal
This is ~15 miles from my doorstep, just off I-95 in Florida (approx 3 miles south of the Fla/Georgia state line)

Wow that would be a little more than 5 hour drive from my place. Nice to have another motorsport option within decent driving distance!

It would be cool if the Amelia Island Concours could add a Track event on the weekend
