Prospective new user unable to create/access account.

A RL user (MAL_PA possibly MALinPA) I invited over here is unable to succeed in getting an account/password reset.
He reports not getting any emails.
Any pointers?

Not sure why he isn't receiving the emails but I activated his account manually. I'll DM you his credentials that you can share with him.

No bounces in the mail logs?

I didn't check those as I was on my phone when I responded last night. I'll do some more digging today and see what the source the issue might be.
