i don't post outside the UK with ebay but use their global shipping program, a guy in New York wants to buy something from me, the listing has the global shipping program turned on but he says he still cannot get to the checkout.
can anybody in the US just see if they can get to the checkout part of the listing for me

I tried, unfortunately it states "the seller will not ship to the united states"
