Homer Simpson right side up but then Bender from Futurama when upside-down. Got any others?

Skydance Scissor Tail pedestrian bridge over I-40 in downtown OKC. It’s lighted at night and the colors fade and drift into other colors every so many seconds.

My city (Dubuque, IA) is filled with murals like that. Some people hate ‘em, some love ‘em, I’m of the opinion that a little bit of art and color can go a long way in an old town.
