My auto trans pan gasket is finally starting to weep so I need to do a change anyway. I have always used Mobil 1 Full Synthetic after I rebuilt it. It has a firm shift, but haven't noticed any problems at all. I did a quick google search and the other site had some threads regarding a GTS from Phoenix requiring a full transmission replacement after swapping to Mobil 1. It didn't say if it was Full Synthetic or the Dextron VI blended oil. GB indicated he always uses a brand called ProLine which is a dino oil they sold at Pep Boys.

Any thoughts on Mobil 1 Full Synthetic? Should I swap over to this ProLine stuff?

Thanks
Mike
