My Cayman has the Sport Chrono option. I'm going to be doing DEs so they're not *really* being timed but does anyone actually use it?

Is the data downloadable? Does it store a history?

Just wondering if it's more of a novelty or if I could get some real use out of it just to see how I'm doing out there.
