O/T O/R customer support 10/10

i had been unable to log into this site for the last few days, so emailed their support and within 10 mins i had an email saying they had reset a consent setting and to try it.
all now working fine.

in my book that is exceptional customer support from Open Road

Thanks again! But admittedly you did catch me at a great time as I had both screens up in front of me (work and OR) and you also described the problem perfectly so I was able to troubleshoot easily.
