Will be in an RV space in NASCAR 2. Haven't been able to attend in several years. Excited to be returning.

I had planned on it but won't be able to make it this year. :bigcry:

Take plenty of pictures and/or video for us!

yes, please post up. Went in 2017/18 and had a great time. Epic race and venue. Can't wait to eventually get back there.

Looks like the lineup and classes are going to make it interesting this year. Going is definitely bucket list for me, but not happening this year. I hope you have a great time

Spent today making chili, chicken bog, chicken salad and and a cuban. Beer on ice. Camera batteries charged. Nanook of the North clothes packed. Let's rock.

I just read low temperatures overnight will dip below freezing point. And a chance of rain. That's going to make for an interesting race!

Normally, wouldn't be too concerned as the camp fires and smudge pots would lock in some heat with the smoke cover, however, with the the forecast winds, it's going to be as cold as a witch's tit. I'm glad that I have learned how to dress warmly over the years. I may be a flatlander, but I try to pay attention to what works.

I wish I was going. Spent 2 weeks at the race shop working on a guys 928 and then spent a few days helping prep the #21 MC2 Aston Martin for this race. You'd not believe the amount of work it takes to prep a car for this race. Most fun I've had in a very long time. I'm sure I could have gone as an assistant/mechanic if I could take off for two weeks to do so.

Well scratch most everything I said above. Looks like the team didn't even make it in to the Roar before the 24. I've not messaged the main guy not wanting to bug them before the race and it looks like they didn't even make it in to the Roar much less the main event. Going to swing by next week and see what happened. Bummer.

Was it a logistics issue or qualifying? Reason I ask is that I thought once you were invited you were in?

I've been watching it on and off since yesterday. Watching it now too. So bummed I'm not there but I'll try to make it to next year's.

Damn. That's too bad. My buddy in the Club here is on the Caddy DPi team. A few years back, they won consecutive over alls. It would be cool to be on one of those teams.
