Coolant temp gauge

Santa got me one for the 928, where should I put the sensor?:)

The upper radiator hose location is more or less taken by the electric fan switch temp sensor already.

Lower radiator hose potentially, but I haven’t found a source for the two inch OD hose sensor ports. They must exist because Carl sold them in his kits.

Heater return line if the heater valve is held open?
Other ideas?

We replaced the block drain plug with a bolt that had an attachment point for a sensor. I need to find out what it was. Works very well. This was about 7 years ago and the memory fades.

Hey, that’s smart I would not have thought of that. I will look at fittings.

What did you get boss man?:)
