ever had a problem getting the cam belt gear off the crank, oil pump or cam gears? how about that little triangle part on the 32 valve cams? I've designed a puller that will remove all of them easily.
Pictured is one of the prototypes for the crank gear, and I've made a really rough larger plate that 4 sets of holes that work with the cam, oil pump and crank gears with another set of holes for that cam triangle piece.

The jaws were designed to fit into the belt grooves on the gears to get better engagement and not tear up the gears which are stupid expensive should you tear them up. they also fit around the gear on the crank inside the rear plastic cover.
you do have to drive the rear washer rearward so that is a casualty but I've rarely seen anyone get a tight crank gear off without munging the rear washer.
