New prototype pilot bearing installation tool is in! Gets the pilot bearing in fully seated every time. Works for 928’s 944 & 968.
Here is a link to a video showing how it works.
The video shows me using a plastic 3 d printed version but the production pieces are 7075 T6 billet like the one in the picture.
