Son purchased a car in Michigan (no emissions testing) and then moved to Georgia. He went to get Georgia license plate but failed emissions because the previous owner modified/tuned the car.
He's looking for an Atlanta-area shop that can help him understand why it's failing, and what needs to be done to pass. He's trying to avoid spending a fortune to undo whatever the previous owner did.
He bought his car from a dealer, and the dealer didn't know what mods/tuning had been done (but they did disclose that it was modded/tuned).
Anyone know of a good shop near Atlanta that could help him pass emissions?
