also the 5th and 6th speeds being the same, I have an air flow meter, and they did not used to be this way. Dealership did not have an airflow meter, just the shop foreman hitting the different speeds and holding his hand in front of the vent. what a mickey mouse stealership. I pulled out my air flow meter and he walked away.

and the best part. I asked the service advisor if they had another w166 in the shop they could compare it to, and she had no idea what a w166 was and when I explained it to her, she chided me that they usually don't work on cars that "old" and at 90K miles it should be having problems. I looked at her dead in the eye and told her she was stupid and should find another line of work. there was a long pause with a couple of blank looks with blinks in between and she tells me my car is out on the drive ready to go. The car is 7 years old
