All of your permissions are unchanged. Can you log out and log back in? I mean it shouldn't make a difference but would be a good way to reset the cookies.

If I'm not mistaken though you're able to send in some browsers but others are still causing issues?

Yep, seems to be browser dependent.
I just go to Chrome (Win) to send, and back to edge for everything else.
Haven't tried a different browser on the phone yet.

Nah, it was an ongoing issue that I think I have FIANALLY fixed.
