I assume Porsche Germany, or the manufacturer. The part came from there via Porsche Melbourne and then Porsche Brisbane. It's got the same SKU codes and stickers as the other one.
Apparently they have the same issue with Macan front engine gaskets - according to the chap at Brisbane Porsche.
