car is a 90 GT RHD and I thought I had disabled the factory alarm, but for the second time in 6 months when I connected the battery today the alarm "horn" sounded from behind the grill in the scuttle panel.

what is the easiest way to disable it?

i don't fancy taking the heater motor out and removing the horn unless I have to

I removed the central l locking actuators and wiring years ago so I don't know how it actually started sounding anyway
