Just saw one of these pull out of my neighborhood:
Had to Google it and found it's called a Rezvani Tank and wow it looks crazy. I hadn't heard of it before but did a little research. Here is the website and it seems they create niche vehicles but they all seem wild:

Anyone familiar with these? It seems they're based in California based on the Wikipedia article:
