That is the currently correct part for the engine lid strut for a 991.1 or .2

Last year's part number is: 991-512-551-00 which supersedes to -01 this year.
I would not bet a penny that the '01' is better than the '00'. Based upon my 20 years of experience replacing hood, boot and hatch struts on Porsches, buy the cheapest one you can find that conforms to that part number. They will all die within two-ish years on a 2-sigma basis. If you want to buy OEM then buy "Stabilus" brand such as this one:

If you want the Porsche label on the part you'll need to buy from a Dealer and hope that they aren't just keeping the margin between a Stabilus bought on Amazon and what they would get by ordering from the PCNA warehouse.
