Well, the headliner in the Cayman needs replacing after my week in FL.

Watched a few videos, and noticed on one that the person put aluminum foil backed butyl sound/heat insulation in the roof underneath the headliner.

I wonder if that is best, or if double sided aluminum foil closed cell foam sheet would be better (and lighter)?

Thoughts from the brain trust?
