Beautiful as ever.

They need to look at BaT for comps.
Thanks David. I sent them two recent BaT comps along with Brian's Amazon 91GT that sold on PCarmarket. Two of those three were in the $70K's. Also sent them the current Hagerty valuation, which for a Grade 2 Excellent is now $90K.

That sounds a lot better.

It won’t be enough, though, for your GT’s sister.

Is that a timing belt idler roller from an early 928? I don't quite recognize it.

In any case, I'll trade'ya for this "used" fuel pressure line:

Much more likely that they spew rather than suck, isn't it?? - at least until the freon pressure is gone. ha
BUT - repairing them 'sucks' big time!

Damn it. I have touched that one. But, for the life of me I can't remember where it is.

NOS OE clutch bits: flywheel, pressure plate, disc, arm, bearing, tube.

46.2 pounds.

held with 9mm spanner size plastic nut, thermal cut out - very much like the interior fan resistor which also has a set of "points " in there- for the inst panel dash lights on the dig dash.
fitted above the brake pedal on the bulkhead on a RHD.
way to close to bulkhead soundproofing, thats what is melted to the outside of it
cheers

Hans, you could have had the tank it came out of but shipping might have been a little expensive from the UK
so might make an ornamental something out of it this summer

trawling through ebay there was a guy selling 911 metal signs for man cave etc, i asked if he did any for the 928 he said no but would look into doing some.
just over a week later he had made them, now thats customer service
so giving him a free plug, no connection with seller whatsoever.
UK ebay item number 404921617633, love the rusty look, very impressive printing onto tin
have a silver version on the SE's side of the garage and the rusty blue one is for the S4 auto
for what you get his prices are way to cheap.
cheers

Phil,
Interesting plaque. Too bad the shipping to USA is almost double the cost of the metal plaque. Here's a link to the UK eBay listing: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/404921617633 ... 4956139990

2 928s at CNC this morning. I heard rumors of a third red one but didn’t see it.

Parked next to Ray and his ‘84 triple-black 5sp with only 32(ish)k miles! Said he recently bought it from a lady’s car collection in S.Dakota. Nice find, and a friendly guy.
