Hendricks seems expensive $300 oil change, $540 sparkplugs, $700 PDK fluid change without filter.

1. I've had no issues with any of them. I used to use a company that moved from Matthews to Monroe and they were my go-to. But when my catalytic converter started going out they couldn't diagnose the issue. Not until I took it to Hendrick did I get it figured out. I also used Hendrick to save my butt when I replaced my AOS and couldn't figure out how to route my vacuum lines. So believe it or not they are the ones I rely on. As for the unmentioned company, I think they only service air-cooled now so that's why I didn't put them on this list.

2. AutoHaus has been very reasonable for me when I needed simple work done. I've only used Black Forest for tech inspections before track events. I also have a friend into BMWs who has used AutoHaus as well and says they are loads cheaper than the BMW dealer in NorthLake.

3.For me Hendrick has always been my go-to because I used to work Uptown. So for me it was convenient to drop it off there and they would drive me to work. As I mentioned before, their pricing is lower between my PCA discount and the fact that they charge less for older cars. I've had both the 996 serviced there and the Cayenne. In both cases it's been more reasonable than I expected. But my last visit for service was two years ago so maybe things have changed (ever since dad moved in town and plus remember I was in FL for a while). Now that I'm working from home, I would probably use Autohaus or Black Forest. They're on the other side of the lake but that makes them more inexpensive. For a dealer alternative I would recommend GMP.
