Howdy !
My son has a 1991 Toyota MR2 which he is restoring.
This little car has the typical 1990's plastic/foam-type OEM painted bumper cover, and it has innumerable gouges and scratches in it where a previous owner apparently ran a grinder/ sander over it ostensibly to "repair" it.

Does anyone please have any tips for the proper type of repair material to use for these old plastic/foam bumper covers?

Not sure what would be best to use to properly adhere to the remaining original material...
Any advice would be appreciated !
Thanks
Dan

SEM makes repair kits for urethane bumpers. It's been a long time since I messed with it, but I got decent results. 3M and other brands are out there.

Here's a simple kit I just found...
