Title Bar issues

Title bar is messed up when reading page. The various buttons are all overlapped
Interestingly enough it looks fine when I open the new topic page to report it. But goes back to messed up when just trying to view something.

Windows 10 , google chrome

I just reset the server cache, is anyone else still seeing the problem? It cleared up on my side but want to make sure it's not affecting anyone else.

I was making changes to another site and accidentally connected this one to a service I didn't intend to. That's why you shouldn't work late into the night!

Nevermind, looks like it was a Chrome issue, I reset Chrome and it works fine now

yes, cannot get to console either via lap top (microsoft and chrome) or cell (android).

On Chrome, top right corner, click the 3 button ion, select settings (near the bottom)
On settings, 3rd from the bottom left, reset and clean up
Try clean up first, then close chrome and then reopen
